  • HR teams or organisation managers planning voluntary support.
  • Organisations designing consultation or referral routes for participants.

Preparation & service outcomes

Schedules, fees, location, the professional involved, and service scope are confirmed before you continue.

  • A delivery summary or aggregate findings that do not identify individuals.
  • Follow-up routes for participants who choose to seek further support.

How should you prepare?

  • Share programme goals, estimated participant count, location, and preferred timing.
  • Identify the lead contact and a way to join without pressure.

Service limits & privacy

  • Participation must be voluntary. Individual results must not be used for recruitment, performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary action, or dismissal.
  • HR does not automatically receive individual data or results. Sharing requires an appropriate purpose, authority, consent, and valid basis.
  • The programme does not determine productivity or fitness for work from EEG and does not promise particular performance improvements.
