Our guiding principles

Trust starts before your first appointment.

These principles apply to communication, assessments, recordings, interpretation and follow-up.

Informed consent

The service begins after participants understand and agree to its purpose, process and use of information.

Confidentiality

Assessment results and supporting conversations are treated as private information that needs protection.

Access based on need

Information is shared only with the relevant people for the agreed purpose.

Respectful language

Results are explained objectively and respectfully, without labelling people.

Referrals when needed

Risks or further support needs are referred to appropriately qualified professionals.

Limits on how results are used

Use information for its agreed purpose.

Health services must not be used to judge a person's worth or make decisions that harm them.

In the workplace

Participation must be voluntary. Individual results must not be used for recruitment, performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary action or other employment decisions.

  • Participants are told the programme's purpose before joining.
  • HR receives only a programme summary. Individual results are not shared without clear consent and a valid basis.
  • Programme communications must not stigmatise participants.

For children and schools

The service helps understand the support a child needs. It does not label children or make absolute judgements about their abilities.

  • A parent's or guardian's consent is required.
  • Results are explained in language families and teachers can understand.
  • A child development referral is offered when needed.
Medical limitations

Results support the conversation with your doctor.

Insimen Health does not promise a diagnosis, a cure or a particular outcome. Final clinical interpretation remains with the appropriately qualified healthcare professional examining the participant.

Initial consultation

Need more information before giving consent?

Ask about the purpose, process, who gets access and what the results include. Informed consent starts with information you understand.
