  • Parents or guardians with questions about a child’s attention, learning, or development.
  • Families seeking to understand results and support a family member.

What is covered?

  • Discussion of needs, history, and support already in place.
  • Consideration of information from home or school where relevant and authorised.
  • Practical education and consideration of further assessment or referral where needed.
Individual & family support

How does it work?

  1. Understand the context

Discuss the participant’s circumstances, family needs, and main questions.

  2. Consider support

A qualified professional considers appropriate education, assessment, or referral options.

  3. Review together

Discuss practical next steps and when another review may be helpful.
