1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Insimen Finance, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you use the product for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.
2. Accounts
Access uses a personal Insimen account or a selected business account accessed through valid membership and role; Finance does not hold funds or act as a bank account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.

4. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for how you use the service, the data you enter, the instructions you give, and decisions you make based on product information.
- review amounts, categories, and shared-space member access
- not enter banking credentials, PINs, one-time codes, passwords, or payment secrets in notes
- use records lawfully and respect the privacy of shared-space members
5. Product-specific terms
The following points apply specifically to this product.
- Finance data comes from user input unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing the completeness and accuracy of your records.
- A payment recorded against an invoice is an internal record and does not mean Insimen received or sent funds.
- Business-space access follows business membership and role. Choosing a business name in a browser does not itself grant access.
- Shared-space access should be granted only to people you trust and may be revoked through product settings when available.
6. Records, transactions, and input accuracy
Finance is a tool for recording information you enter, not an independent source that verifies every transaction. You are responsible for reviewing dates, amounts, currencies, accounts, categories, balances, notes, and attachments before relying on a record.
Calculations, summaries, filters, charts, or balances depend on the completeness of your input and the feature definition. Keep original transaction evidence and do not treat the application view as your only financial archive.
- Do not enter bank passwords, PINs, one-time codes, full card numbers, private keys, or payment credentials.
- Correct records carefully so internal history and reports remain understandable.
- If you share a space, ensure members understand whether they may view, add, or change data.
7. Shared spaces and roles
A shared space can give access to invited members. The space owner or administrator must choose members and roles carefully, review access regularly, and revoke it when a work relationship or trust ends.
Members may use data only for a lawful purpose of the space. View access does not automatically grant the right to invite others, delete history, or change settings.
- Do not invite the wrong email address or account to a financial space.
- Do not copy another member's records, reports, or attachments outside the space without permission.
- Activity history may be retained so important changes can be traced.
8. Precious-metal features, attachments, and exports
If you record metals or other assets, value, price, weight, date, fees, and notes are inputs you must verify. Finance does not guarantee market price, liquidity, ownership, or investment performance.
Attachments and exports follow the application's format, size, and access controls. Keep downloaded files secure; links or copies you share yourself may be outside our control.
9. Not a bank or financial advice
Finance does not hold funds, process bank transfers, act as a custodian, recommend transactions, or assess an investment. Figures and summaries are not financial, tax, accounting, legal, or audit advice.
For decisions involving tax, investment, debt, reporting, or other people, consult an appropriate professional and use official sources.
10. Availability, changes, and termination
We may repair, change, limit, or discontinue Finance features for security, maintenance, capacity, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee constant availability or recovery of every record after a device, connection, or event outside our control fails.
You may delete records or a space using available features, but data needed for security, audit, disputes, or obligations may be retained under the applicable process.
11. Fees and third-party services
If a service is paid, fees, scope, schedule, and payment method are presented before the relevant order or confirmation. Third-party services may have their own terms; we do not assume their obligations unless expressly stated.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or user protection. Where safe and possible, we will explain or provide a suitable recovery path.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product, law, or security practice changes. The update date appears on this page. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
Finance is an invoice and financial record-keeping tool, not a bank, custodian, payment gateway, investment adviser, tax adviser, or transaction-recommendation provider. Use professional judgment before making a financial decision.
