The State Government's Regulation No. 8 of 2021 states that a private company is a legal entity that meets the criteria of micro and small enterprises.

In the construction services sector, SBU is a proof of recognition of the classification and qualification of the capabilities of the Construction Services Business Agency. The regulations define BUJK as a legal and non-legal entity operating in the construction services sector.

The assessment also includes annual sales, financial ability or asset value, availability of construction labor, ability to provide equipment, application of anti-corruption management systems, as well as registered membership of the association.

Therefore, the owners of PT Perorangan need to ensure that the legality data, NIB, KBLI, foundation documents, labor, and subclassification requirements are consistently composed before filing SBU.
