The terms that govern your use of Insimen Social.
Last updated: August 24, 2026By accessing or using Insimen Social, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you use the product for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.
Access uses the same personal Insimen account; Social does not create a second account or identity system. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.
Use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose.
You remain responsible for how you use the service, the data you enter, the instructions you give, and decisions you make based on product information.
The following points apply specifically to this product.
Social lets you create statuses, comments, reactions, reposts, and other interactions. Before publishing, choose the right audience and ensure the content does not include another person's personal data without an appropriate basis. Visibility settings are a tool, not a replacement for understanding who may see or retain content.
Content may appear differently when shared, quoted, reposted, or delivered in a notification. Changing privacy or deleting a status limits access on paths we control, but cannot recall copies already made by recipients.
Chat is a membership-based private conversation space. Messages, replies, reactions, and attachments you send may be seen by eligible members according to membership status and visibility periods. Group invitations must be accepted before full access is granted, and leaving a group does not automatically erase history you are still permitted to see.
You are responsible for the messages and files you send. Attachments must meet the product's format, size, and security checks. Do not use Chat to store passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or payment secrets.
Social uses the same personal Insimen identity as connected services. When acting as a business identity, only an owner or an accepted team member with the relevant role may take business actions. You must ensure that an action representing a business is authorized.
We may restrict, review, remove, or suspend content or access in response to reports, spam, fraud, harassment, malware, privacy violations, or security risk. Moderation decisions may consider context, evidence, and the need to protect other users.
Social may send notifications about mentions, messages, invitations, comments, follows, security, or other activity according to channel settings. Push delivery depends on the browser, device permission, secure context, and server configuration; not every notification is guaranteed to appear while offline or after permission is revoked.
Community features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be limited for security and maintenance. We do not guarantee that content, users, or the service will always be available, and Social is not an emergency channel.
You retain the rights you hold in content you send. By uploading it, you grant Insimen a limited, non-exclusive permission, as needed to store, process, display it to the audience you choose, deliver notifications, and secure the service.
That permission ends or narrows when content is deleted or its privacy is changed to the extent the system can apply it. It does not give Insimen the right to sell personal content as a commodity or make private content public without an appropriate basis.
If a service is paid, fees, scope, schedule, and payment method are presented before the relevant order or confirmation. Third-party services may have their own terms; we do not assume their obligations unless expressly stated.
Access may be limited when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or user protection. Where safe and possible, we will explain or provide a suitable recovery path.
We may update these terms when the product, law, or security practice changes. The update date appears on this page. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
User-generated content remains the sender's responsibility. Social is not an emergency channel and is not a substitute for professional help or competent authorities.
Tell us which product you use and describe your request without including passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.
