Supplemental policies updated 29 October 2026. Specific agreements retain the versions shown in their documents.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Insimen services, you agree to the general terms, the terms of the service you use, and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to those terms on its behalf.
Access uses the personal Insimen account used for identity, security, and access to connected products. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.
Use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose.
If a service is paid, fees, scope, schedule, and payment method are presented before the relevant order or confirmation. Third-party services may have their own terms; we do not assume their obligations unless expressly stated.
Access may be limited when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or user protection. Where safe and possible, we will explain or provide a suitable recovery path.
We may update these terms when the product, law, or security practice changes. The update date appears on this page. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
News and articles may include third-party sources, opinions, or information. Consider the date, author, and context, and check information used for important decisions. News content does not replace professional advice suited to your needs.
Sharing a link does not grant permission to copy, resell, or republish an entire work without authorization. Respect attribution, copyright, and the rights of people mentioned in the writing.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their claims, permission to use material, and the right to publish data or images. Do not publish plagiarism, misleading information, harassment, or private data without a lawful basis.
Submit corrections or reports through the available channels with the relevant link and evidence. Content may be reviewed, corrected, or restricted under the relevant authority and service terms.
General Insimen terms, service terms, the Privacy Policy and transaction details you accept are read together. Review the provider, scope, deliverables, price, tax, additional charges, prerequisites and cancellation rules before agreeing or paying. Marketing descriptions do not promise outcomes absent from the agreement.
Mandatory law takes priority. Specific terms and written agreements apply within their scope and cannot remove consumer rights or Insimen obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Opening a policy page does not itself sign or accept a separate contract requiring its own confirmation.
Anyone acting for a business, patient, child, creator or another person must have appropriate authority. Technical access does not necessarily authorise personal reuse of all accessible data. Review recipients, document versions, transaction amounts and permissions before confirming an action.
Copyright in your materials follows lawful ownership and agreements. Submitting material authorises the storage, processing and display to your chosen recipients needed to provide the requested service, within that purpose. Submission does not automatically transfer ownership or permit marketing and AI training without a lawful basis.
Insimen remains responsible for its own obligations under the promised service and applicable law. Providers, sellers, professionals, organisations and users remain responsible for their own conduct and duties. Acting as an intermediary or using third parties does not remove Insimen liability for matters legally attributable to it.
Network failures, disasters, authority decisions or third-party failures can affect service. Effects and remedies depend on the facts, reasonable control, prevention duties and applicable agreement. Such events do not automatically justify retaining all payments or removing refund duties.
Nothing in these policies excludes Insimen responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, attributable negligence, data-protection breaches or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Compensation and allocation of responsibility depend proportionately on breach, causation, evidence and law; users do not automatically bear every Insimen loss.
Access restrictions may be applied proportionately for security, breaches or legal duties. Where safe and legally permitted, Insimen explains the reason and how to request review through support. Ending access does not automatically remove payment rights, accrued duties or lawful data-access rights.
Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice; they do not automatically change agreed order prices or rights. Additional consent is sought when required. Accepted transaction terms and separate contracts remain relevant.
Send complaints to cs@insimen.com with the service, transaction reference, account of events, relevant evidence and requested remedy. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or unnecessary third-party documents. Good-faith resolution is encouraged. You retain access to BPSK consumer dispute bodies, competent courts, regulators and other legally available remedies; contacting support does not waive those rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, while respecting other mandatory rights and rules legally applicable to the user or transaction. Disputes follow legally competent forums; these policies do not require consumers to waive access to BPSK, competent courts or complaints to authorities.
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawfully separable. The affected provision is interpreted or adjusted only as law permits, without reducing mandatory user rights. Ending service does not remove accrued payment or refund rights, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, dispute resolution or retention duties that still have a lawful basis.
Authors and publishers must distinguish facts, opinions, advertising, and sponsored material and must not disguise the origin of content. Verify allegations harmful to others, avoid misleading headlines, and hold permission for substantial quotations, photographs, videos, or copyrighted material. Sharing a link does not transfer rights to the source work.
Submit correction or response requests with the link, disputed passage, reasons, and reviewable evidence. Insimen may review, add context, limit distribution, or remove content proportionately. Publishing an article does not endorse every claim or by itself establish press-company status or any accreditation.
