• Marketplace is a separate service within the Insimen ecosystem; these terms apply specifically to Marketplace activity and supplement the Insimen account terms.
• Sellers may list only products that are lawful, accurately described, safe, available, and fulfilable as shown in the catalog.
• Buyers must review product information, price, variation, stock, store, delivery method, and displayed terms before placing an order.

6. Marketplace role and the parties

Insimen Marketplace provides a digital space for catalogs, carts, checkout, order status, and support. When a buyer purchases from a seller, the agreement for the product, fulfilment, and delivery is primarily between buyer and seller unless an order clearly states otherwise.

We may review store or product information, limit features, or take action needed to protect users and Marketplace. Such review does not guarantee every product, seller, rating, or third-party statement.

• Sellers must have the right to sell a product and use its images, brands, descriptions, and catalog materials.
• Buyers and sellers must use available channels respectfully and must not request secrets such as passwords, PINs, or one-time codes.
• Marketplace information does not replace your own review of a product, licence, or professional need.

7. Catalogs, prices, stock, and orders

Sellers are responsible for accurate titles, descriptions, variations, prices, stock, images, condition, and processing times. Prices or stock can change for new orders, but changes must not be used to disregard a confirmed order without a valid reason.

An order may require payment, address, stock, or risk verification before it is passed for processing. We or a seller may ask for clarification where information is incorrect, misuse is indicated, or an order cannot be fulfilled.

• Sellers must promptly update a catalog when an item is unavailable or materially changed.
• Buyers must confirm recipient name, address, contact number, product selection, and quantity before paying.
• Clear pricing or information mistakes may be handled reasonably before fulfilment, with notice and an appropriate cancellation or adjustment option.

8. Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Available payment methods, total amount, payment deadline, and transaction status are shown in the order flow. Do not treat an order as paid based only on off-platform communication or unverified proof.

Cancellation, refund, and adjustment outcomes can depend on order status, product type, request reason, available evidence, seller policies consistent with these terms, and applicable rules. We may hold or review a transaction for security or investigation.

• Do not share card details, PINs, one-time codes, passwords, or payment credentials through Chat or with a seller.
• Make a cancellation request as soon as possible through order detail or official support.
• Approved refunds follow the relevant payment provider's method, timing, and checks.

9. Delivery, receipt, and order issues

Sellers must process, pack, and ship products reasonably according to order information and applicable law. Buyers must ensure an address can receive delivery and inspect products on receipt. Delivery estimates may be affected by couriers, weather, region, holidays, or events outside Marketplace control.

If an item is late, damaged, incorrect, or missing, buyer and seller should use the available support or dispute flow and provide relevant information. We may ask for proportionate evidence and help manage communication without promising an outcome where facts remain disputed.

• Do not ask a courier to change address or hand over an item to another person without understanding the order impact.
• Sellers must not mark an order complete before fulfilment follows the applicable process.
• Do not make false reports, ratings, or disputes to gain an advantage or harm another person.

10. Seller rules, content, and enforcement

Sellers must not offer illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited products. Catalog content must be honest, not misleading, and free from malware, harmful links, or attempts to move a transaction outside Marketplace protections without permission.

We may hide content, reject a seller application, hold a feature, cancel an order, or suspend an account after considering security, compliance, reports, and available evidence. Action does not remove an existing lawful obligation of a seller or buyer.

• Sellers remain responsible for their own tax, licence, recordkeeping, and business obligations.
• Ratings must reflect genuine experience and must not be manipulated, purchased, or used to threaten another party.
• Scraping, spam, fraud, or using Marketplace data to contact users beyond a lawful purpose is prohibited.

11. Fees and third-party services

If a service is paid, fees, scope, schedule, and payment method are presented before the relevant order or confirmation. Third-party services may have their own terms; we do not assume their obligations unless expressly stated.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or user protection. Where safe and possible, we will explain or provide a suitable recovery path.
