Accounts

Access uses the personal Insimen account used for identity, security, and access to connected products. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose.

  • Do not access data, accounts, networks, or features without authorization.
  • Do not bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or upload harmful or unlawful material.
  • keep your credentials and devices secure
  • provide accurate information and ensure you have the right to upload documents
  • not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, or unauthorized access

Fees and third-party services

If a service is paid, fees, scope, schedule, and payment method are presented before the relevant order or confirmation. Third-party services may have their own terms; we do not assume their obligations unless expressly stated.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or user protection. Where safe and possible, we will explain or provide a suitable recovery path.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product, law, or security practice changes. The update date appears on this page. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Insimen, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you use the product for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.

Accounts

Access uses the same personal Insimen account; Insimen does not create a second account or identity system.

  • choose a status audience carefully before publishing
  • respect other people's privacy, copyright, and safety
  • not send spam, fraud, hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for how you use the service, the data you enter, the instructions you give, and decisions you make based on product information.

  • choose a status audience carefully before publishing
  • respect other people's privacy, copyright, and safety
  • not send spam, fraud, hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content

Product-specific terms

The following points apply specifically to this product.

  • We may limit, hide, or review content and accounts that violate security, law, or community rules.
  • Removing a conversation from your view does not always remove copies still needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Statuses, comments, and audiences

Insimen lets you create statuses, comments, reactions, reposts, and other interactions. Before publishing, choose the right audience and ensure the content does not include another person's personal data without an appropriate basis. Visibility settings are a tool, not a replacement for understanding who may see or retain content.

Content may appear differently when shared, quoted, reposted, or delivered in a notification. Changing privacy or deleting a status limits access on paths we control, but cannot recall copies already made by recipients.

  • Do not publish addresses, identity numbers, health data, credentials, or another person's documents without authority.
  • Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, and safety when uploading text, images, or links.
  • Do not use an active business account to act for another business or bypass an audience boundary.

Chat, groups, and attachments

Chat is a membership-based private conversation space. Messages, replies, reactions, and attachments you send may be seen by eligible members according to membership status and visibility periods. Group invitations must be accepted before full access is granted, and leaving a group does not automatically erase history you are still permitted to see.

You are responsible for the messages and files you send. Attachments must meet the product's format, size, and security checks. Do not use Chat to store passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or payment secrets.

  • Do not try to read a conversation, attachment, or member profile by guessing an ID or URL.
  • Report harmful messages through the available report flow; do not include private content in a report unless needed.
  • Delete-for-me, clear history, archive, mute, pin, and leave-group actions have different effects; read the confirmation before accepting.

Personal accounts, business accounts, and moderation

Insimen uses the same personal Insimen identity as connected services. When acting as a business identity, only an owner or an accepted team member with the relevant role may take business actions. You must ensure that an action representing a business is authorized.

We may restrict, review, remove, or suspend content or access in response to reports, spam, fraud, harassment, malware, privacy violations, or security risk. Moderation decisions may consider context, evidence, and the need to protect other users.

  • Scraping, mass spam, engagement manipulation, impersonation, and report-system abuse are prohibited.
  • Bad-faith or repeated reports may be limited, while good-faith reports may be reviewed.
  • Restoring access may require identity verification and an explanation that does not contain a password or one-time code.

Notifications, availability, and communications

Insimen may send notifications about mentions, messages, invitations, comments, follows, security, or other activity according to channel settings. Push delivery depends on the browser, device permission, secure context, and server configuration; not every notification is guaranteed to appear while offline or after permission is revoked.

Community features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be limited for security and maintenance. We do not guarantee that content, users, or the service will always be available, and Insimen is not an emergency channel.

Content rights and limited license

You retain the rights you hold in content you send. By uploading it, you grant Insimen a limited, non-exclusive permission, as needed to store, process, display it to the audience you choose, deliver notifications, and secure the service.

That permission ends or narrows when content is deleted or its privacy is changed to the extent the system can apply it. It does not give Insimen the right to sell personal content as a commodity or make private content public without an appropriate basis.

User-generated content remains the sender's responsibility. Insimen is not an emergency channel and is not a substitute for professional help or competent authorities.

Applicable documents and agreement

General Insimen terms, service terms, the Privacy Policy and transaction details you accept are read together. Review the provider, scope, deliverables, price, tax, additional charges, prerequisites and cancellation rules before agreeing or paying. Marketing descriptions do not promise outcomes absent from the agreement.

Mandatory law takes priority. Specific terms and written agreements apply within their scope and cannot remove consumer rights or Insimen obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Opening a policy page does not itself sign or accept a separate contract requiring its own confirmation.

Authority, content rights and lawful use

Anyone acting for a business, patient, child, creator or another person must have appropriate authority. Technical access does not necessarily authorise personal reuse of all accessible data. Review recipients, document versions, transaction amounts and permissions before confirming an action.

Copyright in your materials follows lawful ownership and agreements. Submitting material authorises the storage, processing and display to your chosen recipients needed to provide the requested service, within that purpose. Submission does not automatically transfer ownership or permit marketing and AI training without a lawful basis.

  • Do not falsify identity, payment evidence, reviews, documents or authority.
  • Do not commit fraud, threaten, harass, exploit children, violate privacy or copyright, or bypass security controls.
  • Review automated or AI assistance, where available, before using it; it is not a professional decision or independently verified fact.

Roles, loss and circumstances beyond reasonable control

Insimen remains responsible for its own obligations under the promised service and applicable law. Providers, sellers, professionals, organisations and users remain responsible for their own conduct and duties. Acting as an intermediary or using third parties does not remove Insimen liability for matters legally attributable to it.

Network failures, disasters, authority decisions or third-party failures can affect service. Effects and remedies depend on the facts, reasonable control, prevention duties and applicable agreement. Such events do not automatically justify retaining all payments or removing refund duties.

Nothing in these policies excludes Insimen responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, attributable negligence, data-protection breaches or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Compensation and allocation of responsibility depend proportionately on breach, causation, evidence and law; users do not automatically bear every Insimen loss.

Restrictions, changes, complaints and resolution

Access restrictions may be applied proportionately for security, breaches or legal duties. Where safe and legally permitted, Insimen explains the reason and how to request review through support. Ending access does not automatically remove payment rights, accrued duties or lawful data-access rights.

Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice; they do not automatically change agreed order prices or rights. Additional consent is sought when required. Accepted transaction terms and separate contracts remain relevant.

Send complaints to cs@insimen.com with the service, transaction reference, account of events, relevant evidence and requested remedy. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or unnecessary third-party documents. Good-faith resolution is encouraged. You retain access to BPSK consumer dispute bodies, competent courts, regulators and other legally available remedies; contacting support does not waive those rights.

Governing law and continuing provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, while respecting other mandatory rights and rules legally applicable to the user or transaction. Disputes follow legally competent forums; these policies do not require consumers to waive access to BPSK, competent courts or complaints to authorities.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawfully separable. The affected provision is interpreted or adjusted only as law permits, without reducing mandatory user rights. Ending service does not remove accrued payment or refund rights, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, dispute resolution or retention duties that still have a lawful basis.

Publishing, conversations, and moderation decisions

Choose recipients and visibility before sending a status, article, message, attachment, or invitation. Ensure you have the right to share its contents, including photographs, recordings, business information, and other people’s data. Receiving content in a conversation does not give recipients a right to republish it or use the sender’s identity.

You retain rights to your work. Permission granted to Insimen is limited to what is needed to operate, display, deliver, and protect the features you use. Moderation may consider context, reports, and evidence; submit an objection through support with the content reference and your reasons without spreading harmful material again.
