Prices follow the product, package, ticket, or quotation for the relevant service. Check the currency, quantity, pricing unit, access period, and inclusions and exclusions. Insimen Payment invoices use Indonesian rupiah (IDR). A “from” price is a starting price; services requiring a quotation need a cost breakdown before approval.
An unavailable price, blank amount, or consultation request does not mean a service is free. Free features have no purchase charge; purchases from other sellers or providers follow their respective offers.
Before paying, check the goods or service price, quantity, discounts, taxes, shipping, service fees, and total in the order details or quotation. If a component is unclear, request a written breakdown from support before approving payment. Do not assume authority, partner, assessment, spare-part, or delivery fees are included without an explanation.
Changes in scope, additional work, or paid renewals require a price explanation and the appropriate approval. New prices do not automatically change an agreed order. For subscriptions, check the term, renewal method, and cancellation conditions in the relevant offer.
Available payment options appear on the invoice according to the service, amount, and provider availability. Insimen Payment may offer DANA or enabled bank virtual accounts. A method that is not shown should not be assumed available. App-store purchases follow that store’s payment options and receipts.
Check the recipient, invoice number or reference, amount, and deadline. Review separately charged bank or payment-provider fees on the provider’s screen before confirming payment. Keep your receipt; uploading evidence, creating an invoice, or returning from the provider’s page does not by itself confirm that an order is paid.
Check the order and payment status before trying again. If money was debited without order confirmation, or a payment was duplicated, send the transaction reference through the complaints channel for investigation. Do not pay again into an account supplied by an unverified party.
Insimen does not request passwords, PINs, or one-time codes to check a payment or refund. Cancellation and refund conditions are available on the Cancellation & Refunds tab; submitting a complaint does not by itself mean a refund has been approved.
Check visit, diagnosis, labour, spare-part, tax, and total charges in the agreed estimate. New findings after inspection may require a further quotation; additional work and charges need approval before execution.
