Official complaints channel

Complaints about any Insimen service can be sent to cs@insimen.com or through the Help Center. For issues involving a seller, facility, Coach, or partner, identify the party and service so responsibilities and possible remedies can be reviewed.

Include the service, account information needed to locate the issue, order number or transaction reference if available, date, short chronology, relevant evidence, and requested outcome. Account, content, security, and privacy issues can be reported without an order number.

Handling process and status updates

Handling includes recording the report, checking identity or authority when needed, reviewing evidence and responses from relevant parties, and providing an outcome with reasons. Keep a copy of your report and use the same conversation or reference when following up.

This page does not set a guaranteed response or resolution time for every case. Request acknowledgment, a handling reference, an estimated resolution time, and updates as needed. Timing depends on the available information, provider checks, and complexity; mandatory legal deadlines still apply.

Protecting data during a complaint

Send only necessary information. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, full card numbers, complete medical records, or another person’s documents without authority. Request secure submission instructions before sending sensitive attachments; do not post sensitive evidence publicly.

Privacy complaints may concern access, correction, deletion, or suspected data misuse. Clinical complaints should be distinguished from billing and application issues. Medical emergencies or safety threats require appropriate emergency assistance instead of waiting for a support reply.

Outcomes, review, and escalation

Outcomes may include an explanation, correction, restored access, service repair, repeat fulfillment, or cancellation and refund according to the facts and applicable terms. If you disagree, request another review with reasons or additional evidence. Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refunds tab and transaction confirmation.

If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact the payment provider, BPSK, the relevant regulator, or a competent court according to the dispute and applicable law. An internal complaint does not remove consumer rights, data-protection rights, or other lawful remedies.

Questions or review requests

Include Mauntir and your request context. Send only necessary information, without passwords, PINs or one-time codes.
