Rules for every user

Insimen prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation. A child is a person under 18. These rules apply even though Insimen is intended for adults.

  • Do not create, upload, store, request, sell, share, or link to CSAM, including photos, videos, synthetic images, or AI-generated material that sexually exploits children.
  • Do not groom, sexually extort, traffic children for sexual purposes, or solicit others to sexually exploit a child.
  • Do not normalize, promote, or coordinate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Public nudity and real-world graphic violence outside a newsworthy context are also prohibited.

Report without redistributing material

Use Report on a post or Chat message inside the app. Select sexual content or another suitable reason and briefly explain your concern. Reports enter an access-restricted Insimen moderation queue.

You may also contact cs@insimen.com with the subject Child Safety — Insimen. Include the content link or ID, account name, approximate time, and necessary context. Do not download, forward, or reattach CSAM. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary information about a victim.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or the appropriate authorities in your area. Do not wait for an app response to seek emergency help.

Action after a report

Insimen staff assess reports according to risk and available evidence. When we become aware of CSAM or a CSAE violation, we restrict access to the relevant material, remove it from user-facing views, and may restrict or suspend involved accounts.

Authorized staff review reports; a report alone does not prove a violation. Decisions and actions are recorded for traceability and correction when necessary.

We cooperate with competent authorities and report suspected violations where applicable law requires it. An authorized responsible person handles reporting to authorities; user reports are not all forwarded automatically.

Privacy and evidence retention

Reporter identity and report evidence are not shown on the public feed. Access is limited to staff who need to review safety, investigate a report, or meet legal obligations.

Minimum evidence, action records, and necessary information may be retained for investigation, appeal handling, or applicable legal obligations. They are not used for promotion or shared with other users.

Interaction controls and appeals

You can block an account to restrict direct interactions and hide that account’s posts from your social views. Blocking does not erase conversation history copies or automatically remove people from shared groups.

If you believe a moderation action was incorrect, contact Insimen support with the report or content ID and a brief explanation. Do not reattach prohibited material.

Age, supervision and guardian authority

A child is a person under 18 within the child-protection framework. Feature eligibility follows age limits, risk and applicable law. This policy does not open every service to children. Adult-only features, professional authority, investments or legally age-restricted transactions are not permitted merely because a parent consents.

Where children’s use is allowed and parental or guardian consent is required, consent must come from an authorised person. Supervision should reflect the child’s maturity, needs and safety. Parents or guardians may contact support about children’s data or request access review with proportionate evidence of authority.

Prohibited exploitation and harmful interaction

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, child trafficking and sexualisation of children are prohibited, including in private messages, images, links, streams, documents and transaction offers. Do not solicit intimate material, unsafe meetings, account secrets or concealment of exploitative interactions from a child’s caregivers.

Do not download, forward or re-upload exploitation material to report it. Provide only the necessary content link or reference, account, time and description through support. For an immediate safety threat, contact local emergency services or authorities.

Children’s data, reports and protective action

Children’s data receives specific treatment under law; collection and sharing must be limited to lawful purposes and service needs. Do not publish a child’s home address, school, routine location, identity documents, health conditions or other sensitive information without authority and safety consideration. Guardian consent does not permit exploitation or unrestricted data sharing.

Report concerns to cs@insimen.com with service context. Depending on risk and evidence, Insimen may restrict content or access, review accounts, preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with authorities under law. Where safe and permitted, relevant parties may request review. The child’s best interests and safety guide handling; no particular outcome is promised before the facts are assessed.

Vehicle inspection and work approval

Children must not be directed to perform hazardous repairs or drive without meeting legal requirements. Location sharing, vehicle handover and paid agreements by children require appropriate authority. Supervision does not replace driving-age rules.

Child safety contact

Insimen designates cs@insimen.com as its child safety contact. The Insimen team is responsible for receiving and reviewing reports, handling content removal, and reporting to authorities where required by law. Include only information needed for review.
