Supplemental policies updated 24 October 2026. Specific agreements retain the versions shown in their documents.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Insimen services, you agree to the general terms, the terms of the service you use, and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to those terms on its behalf.
Access uses the personal Insimen account used for identity, security, and access to connected products. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.
Use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose.
If a service is paid, fees, scope, schedule, and payment method are presented before the relevant order or confirmation. Third-party services may have their own terms; we do not assume their obligations unless expressly stated.
Access may be limited when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or user protection. Where safe and possible, we will explain or provide a suitable recovery path.
We may update these terms when the product, law, or security practice changes. The update date appears on this page. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

You remain responsible for how you use the service, the data you enter, the instructions you give, and decisions you make based on product information.
The following points apply specifically to this product.
Information on the service page, order form, checkout summary, invoice, and official communications forms the basis for the requested service. Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not mean the order has been accepted or work has started; we may perform an initial review, request more information, or decline a request we cannot serve.
Each time estimate is indicative unless expressly stated as a written commitment. Stages may include collecting information, checking completeness, preparing documents, filing, coordination, revisions, and delivering results. A later stage may wait for your response, approval, payment, or documents.
You may send only data and documents that you lawfully hold or are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring that names, identities, addresses, figures, signatures, and other details are accurate, current, and not misleading.
Uploaded documents are used for the relevant order and support purposes. Do not upload passwords, PINs, one-time codes, private keys, banking credentials, or other secrets that are not needed. Keep your own copies and promptly tell us if data changes or was sent by mistake.
Price, currency, taxes, third-party charges, payment methods, and due dates are shown or confirmed before the relevant payment step. An invoice and payment status are operational records; do not treat an order as paid merely because an unverified transfer receipt exists.
Service availability, rates, government requirements, third-party charges, and payment options may change for new orders. The effect of a change on a confirmed order follows the applicable order summary, invoice, or official notice.
We may prepare, review, or coordinate a process, but a decision by an agency, registrar, auditor, payment provider, or other authority is outside our control. A result may be delayed, sent back for correction, or rejected because of rules, capacity, policy changes, or facts unavailable when the order was placed.
You must review results, drafts, filing data, and notices at each stage. Your approval or confirmation may be the basis for continuing, and a delayed response can affect timing or fees.
Order communications use the official account, order detail, email, or Insimen support channels. You are responsible for maintaining access to those channels and reading action requests within a reasonable time. We do not ask for passwords or one-time codes through support messages.
Some services require infrastructure providers, couriers, payment providers, consultants, or other integrations. They are involved only as needed for the service and may have their own terms or privacy notices.

Insimen provides digital tools and service assistance; legal, tax, and business decisions should still be reviewed by the appropriately qualified party for your needs.
General Insimen terms, service terms, the Privacy Policy and transaction details you accept are read together. Review the provider, scope, deliverables, price, tax, additional charges, prerequisites and cancellation rules before agreeing or paying. Marketing descriptions do not promise outcomes absent from the agreement.
Mandatory law takes priority. Specific terms and written agreements apply within their scope and cannot remove consumer rights or Insimen obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Opening a policy page does not itself sign or accept a separate contract requiring its own confirmation.
Anyone acting for a business, patient, child, creator or another person must have appropriate authority. Technical access does not necessarily authorise personal reuse of all accessible data. Review recipients, document versions, transaction amounts and permissions before confirming an action.
Copyright in your materials follows lawful ownership and agreements. Submitting material authorises the storage, processing and display to your chosen recipients needed to provide the requested service, within that purpose. Submission does not automatically transfer ownership or permit marketing and AI training without a lawful basis.
Insimen remains responsible for its own obligations under the promised service and applicable law. Providers, sellers, professionals, organisations and users remain responsible for their own conduct and duties. Acting as an intermediary or using third parties does not remove Insimen liability for matters legally attributable to it.
Network failures, disasters, authority decisions or third-party failures can affect service. Effects and remedies depend on the facts, reasonable control, prevention duties and applicable agreement. Such events do not automatically justify retaining all payments or removing refund duties.
Nothing in these policies excludes Insimen responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, attributable negligence, data-protection breaches or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Compensation and allocation of responsibility depend proportionately on breach, causation, evidence and law; users do not automatically bear every Insimen loss.
Access restrictions may be applied proportionately for security, breaches or legal duties. Where safe and legally permitted, Insimen explains the reason and how to request review through support. Ending access does not automatically remove payment rights, accrued duties or lawful data-access rights.
Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice; they do not automatically change agreed order prices or rights. Additional consent is sought when required. Accepted transaction terms and separate contracts remain relevant.
Send complaints to cs@insimen.com with the service, transaction reference, account of events, relevant evidence and requested remedy. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or unnecessary third-party documents. Good-faith resolution is encouraged. You retain access to BPSK consumer dispute bodies, competent courts, regulators and other legally available remedies; contacting support does not waive those rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, while respecting other mandatory rights and rules legally applicable to the user or transaction. Disputes follow legally competent forums; these policies do not require consumers to waive access to BPSK, competent courts or complaints to authorities.
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawfully separable. The affected provision is interpreted or adjusted only as law permits, without reducing mandatory user rights. Ending service does not remove accrued payment or refund rights, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, dispute resolution or retention duties that still have a lawful basis.
A Legal Service order should identify the requested deliverables, service fees, authority or partner fees, required documents, and authorized signatories. Administrative assistance does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship or guarantee a permit, registration, review, or authority’s decision.
Review drafts and data before approving submission. Changes to facts or instructions after approval may require revisions, agreed additional charges, or resubmission. Insimen remains responsible for its own obligations under the agreement and law; an authority’s decision is considered separately from the quality of promised work.
