Refund scope and mandatory rights

Refunds relate to verified payments for the relevant order, package, access or service. Using free features, deleting financial records or cancelling an unpaid form does not create a balance or withdrawal right. The originating service provides context; this page explains principles and how to request review.

Insimen does not impose a blanket rule that every payment is non-refundable. Rights for undelivered, defective or misdescribed goods or services, duplicate payments or breached obligations are assessed under the facts and applicable law. Seller or third-party terms cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation, work in progress and calculation

Before work or fulfilment starts, cancellation is assessed against the actual order status and disclosed terms. Once part of the work is performed, access is used or external costs are incurred, legitimately delivered portions and lawful costs may be itemised in the calculation. Deductions must not be arbitrary or excuse provider fault.

A change of mind after agreed delivery does not always create a refund right unless promised or legally required. Equally, partial use or an internal reporting deadline does not automatically remove statutory rights concerning defects or breaches. See the service section for packages, digital access, goods and scheduled bookings.

How to request and proportionate review

Use available order details or support; if there is no dedicated flow, email cs@insimen.com. Include the service, account, order or payment reference, date, amount, reason, requested remedy and relevant evidence. Submit promptly after discovering the issue to support investigation and any possible interruption of fulfilment.

Do not send PINs, one-time codes, passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary medical data. Identity, payment, fulfilment and evidence are reviewed proportionately; clarification or provider input may be requested. Missing one evidence format does not automatically invalidate a claim that other lawful evidence can establish. False claims, manipulated evidence and duplicate recovery requests are prohibited.

Decisions, original channel and processing time

Review may lead to correction, re-performance, cancellation, partial or full refund, or a reasoned rejection according to the issue and law. Calculations explain the order amount, delivered portion, any lawful deductions and tax or fee adjustments. When a provider cancels or cannot deliver, the undelivered portion does not automatically become the provider’s revenue.

Approved refunds use the original payment channel or another lawful, verified method when the original channel cannot be used. Receipt depends on review and bank, payment-provider or app-store processing; no fixed time is promised without transaction-specific confirmation. Google Play or Apple purchases follow the relevant store process where applicable, without removing providers’ statutory duties.

You can ask support to review a decision with further reasons or evidence. Requesting a refund does not waive consumer dispute rights. If opening a payment-provider dispute, give accurate information and disclose any refund already received to prevent double recovery.

Health bookings and services already delivered

Cancellations or schedule changes follow information provided by the facility before confirmation and applicable law. Requests should distinguish booking fees, examinations already performed, procedures not yet delivered, and third-party charges actually incurred. Deductions or cancellation charges must have an explainable basis.

If the facility cancels, care is not delivered, or payment is duplicated, request a review with booking and payment references. Dissatisfaction with a clinical outcome is not automatically a service failure; quality complaints or suspected clinical errors may still be brought to competent parties and are not limited by the platform’s refund process.
