This page does not yet display a business identification number (NIB), electronic-system registration (PSE), or sectoral or professional licence numbers with verification documents. This does not establish whether those registrations exist or do not exist. Request the licence holder, number, issuer, scope, validity period if applicable, and inspectable evidence before relying on a licensing claim.
Licensing depends on the service provider and activity. A business identifier or electronic-system registration does not replace any required health-professional licence, facility permit, certification accreditation, or financial or payment-services authorisation. An account verification badge or the Insimen brand is not evidence of a sectoral licence.
Check documents with the appropriate issuer or official registry. For partner services, request documents naming the actual provider; for financial or payment-service claims, verify the relevant party’s authority with the competent regulator.
These references explain Indonesian legal frameworks relevant to the service and processing. Application depends on the activity, role, location and current rules. Links lead to official government regulation sources so you can read the text and its history.
Listing a regulation is not evidence of business permission, registration, accreditation, professional licensing, regulatory approval or compliance with every activity. Mandatory provisions take priority over conflicting policy language. For a particular case, seek clarification from a qualified professional or competent authority.
Provides the framework for accurate information, consumer rights, business duties, dispute resolution and limits on standard clauses. Internal terms cannot universally shift business liability, refuse every refund or remove mandatory compensation rights.
Governs processing grounds, controller and processor duties, individual rights, security, breach notification and data transfers. Health, personal financial and children’s data are specific categories requiring appropriate safeguards and compliance with relevant requirements.
Read with Law 11/2008 and its amendments for electronic information, documents, transactions and system duties. The validity of an agreement or evidence depends on legal requirements and the process actually used, rather than its display in an application alone.
Provides the framework for reliable, secure and accountable electronic systems and transaction governance according to the service role. This reference does not mean every document has a certified electronic signature or every third party holds the same certifications.
Provides the framework for child protection in electronic services, including risk, age, consent, data protection and safety under applicable provisions and their implementation. A policy page does not replace safeguards that must be implemented in the service.
Read with the Child Protection Law and other amendments, including Law 17/2016, for children’s best interests and prohibitions on violence and exploitation. Parent or guardian consent does not justify harm or exploitation.
Provides the framework for rights in writing, images, videos, software and other works. Uploading, buying access or receiving a link does not automatically transfer copyright or permit redistribution; rights and licences depend on the intended use.
Relevant where a service involves electronic commerce: seller and offer information, transaction agreements, fulfilment and handling cancellations or non-conformity. Application depends on the transaction; internal policies do not remove mandatory return rights.
Relevant to healthcare delivery, professional authority, patient rights and health-information confidentiality. The platform does not replace clinical judgment, practice licences or facility and practitioner duties; Insimen retains its own responsibilities.
Provides implementing health requirements relevant to facilities, practitioners and patient-information handling. Digital features or bookings do not themselves authorise clinical activities without required authority and consent.
Relevant to medical-record provision, confidentiality, access, retention and facility governance duties. Deleting an account or resolving a payment dispute does not automatically permit destruction of medical records that must be retained; requests follow applicable roles and law.
